Meetings
Every call, what we decided, and who's doing what. Missed one? Start here. It takes about three minutes.
The next two calls
Weekly strategy call
On the agenda: next week's posts with Dawn, the cancer care card with her words, the video proposal with everyone together, and the short Q and A videos.
Creative brainstorm, Dawn and Gwen
Moved off Monday for Dawn's conference in Phoenix. New ideas get worked out here first, then Tim and David see them on the Tuesday call.
Conferences and events
Anyone from DCA headed to a conference or an event goes here, so we know where everyone will be and can say so on LinkedIn. Going somewhere? Add it here or text Gwen.
SIIA, Phoenix. Sunday, October 11th to Wednesday, October 14th. Dawn's bringing back websites and contacts for outreach.
BookedTuesday, October 13th
On the call: Tim and Gwen. Dawn was at SIIA and David was out, so this page is the catch up.
What we decided
The cancer care card's new headline is "Cancer care is close to our hearts." The picture stays. It runs once Dawn adds her words.
Tim
Tracy Creger's testimonial moves up to Wednesday, October 14th, while the cancer care post waits for Dawn.
Gwen, agreed by Tim
David's million dollar question runs Friday as planned.
Tim
Next week's posts go to Dawn first once she's home, then to everyone.
Gwen, agreed by Tim
Who's doing what
Draft replies to the four comments on Corrine's welcome, for Dawn to edit.
This weekSend Gwen the COO bio and feedback on the blog draft.
This weekLook over the hospital and broker one-pagers before they're printed.
This weekSet up creative time with Dawn once she's back from SIIA.
This weekAgree a clear definition of a lead versus engagement.
This weekAdd a line or two in your own words for the cancer care card.
When you're backRead it
The full minutes are a one page PDF, and the recap slides show this week's numbers and posts.
Tuesday, October 6th
On the call: Tim, Dawn and Gwen. David wasn't on this one, so this page is the catch up.
What we decided
The new line is "One price, one promise, personalized care." It goes in the hashtags and in the posts. The category name stays internal.
Dawn and Gwen, agreed by Tim
Announce Tim as COO next. It shows DCA is building a C-suite. Tim and Gwen write the bio today.
Dawn
Humor, with a purpose. It points at the healthcare system and sits next to professional medical pictures.
Tim and Dawn
Post at least five days a week on LinkedIn. Dawn's own clips run Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Dawn
Tim answers Roger Beauchamp himself. DCA isn't a DPC, and it's always the patient's choice.
Tim, agreed by Dawn
The heat map waits. It stays on the list and comes back when somebody needs to see it.
Tim
Dawn's card is the split panel. A bigger CEO title, the logo above her name and a QR code to DCA's LinkedIn on the back. A square version comes with it.
Dawn and Tim
Who's doing what
Send Tim the three blog drafts before 3:00 today.
TodaySend Dawn the patient story release after Tim and Gwen go over it at 3:00.
End of daySend Dawn the revised cards.
TonightRefresh the patient scheduling sheet in DCA's colors, with no patient self scheduling.
This weekReply to Roger Beauchamp on LinkedIn.
This weekA yes or no on LinkedIn and X Premium, at 3:00 today.
TodayType a few lines on why we start with cancer care in the box on your page. That becomes the October 14th caption.
Before October 14thSend Gwen your reply playbook, and ask Kim about using the clip of her ringing the bell.
OpenRead it
The full minutes are a three page PDF, every decision with the words it came from.
Tuesday, September 29th
On the call: Tim, Dawn and Gwen. David wasn't on this one, so this page is the catch up.
What we decided
Say "one procedure," never "one case." "Case" sounds like a lawsuit. Dawn raised it on September 21st, and we confirmed it again.
Dawn, agreed by all
Each call says yes to next week's posts only. Posts further out get shown, not approved, so Dawn isn't buried in approvals.
Tim
Film new video head on, like an interview. The Texas House camera angle doesn't show David at his best. New clips should look like a camera crew came in.
Dawn
Comment replies go to Dawn first. Gwen texts Dawn the first two or three comments with the post. Dawn's answers set the voice for the rest.
Tim, agreed by Dawn
Anything that looks like a lead goes to Tim. A broker, TPA or benefits group who comments or writes in. Tim gets copied and reaches out himself.
Tim
Hold LinkedIn Premium for now. DCA isn't working leads yet. It comes back once it is.
Tim
Who's doing what
Rebuild the September 30th picture as a side by side: a pile of claims on the left, one page marked Estimate on the right.
DoneRedo the standard picture set so it looks more medical. Tim called it the top priority.
In progressThank Dr. Roger Moczygemba for his comment and link him to David's full testimony. Goes up once Dawn says yes.
Waiting on DawnFill out the fourth quarter content form first. Dawn corrects it after.
OpenShare the provider list the heat map is built from. Back on the October 6th call.
OpenWatch it
The recording runs 70 minutes, with a written transcript beside it. Open it, enter the passcode, then press play. The full minutes are a four page PDF.
